Rita Ranch

In the early 1990s, Cottonwood Properties developed a substantial amount of the residential portion of Rita Ranch, a large Master Planned Community on the Southeast side of Tucson, which accounted for the development and sale of close to 3,000 lots on nearly 1,000 acres of land. Rita Ranch was one of the most financially successful community developments within the surrounding Tucson area. Today, Rita Ranch is home to more than 18,900 residents.
