Dove Mountain
Dove Mountain is more than 6,200 acres of foothills, canyon and mountainside living in the Tortolita Mountains, just north of Tucson, Arizona. Its high Sonoran Desert setting is home to three golf clubs including The Golf Club at Dove Mountain, former host of the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship. In addition to the overall master planned community, Cottonwood Properties developed and owns The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain which became a Forbes Five Star rated resort in 2015. Cottonwood Properties continues to actively develop the remaining land in Dove Mountain.
La Paloma
Through the early 1980’s Cottonwood Properties developed the 790 acre La Paloma community that set new standards for desert preservation and was the first user of effluent water for golf courses in southern Arizona.
Rita Ranch
Cottonwood Properties developed a substantial amount of the residential portion of Rita Ranch, a large Master Planned Community on the Southeast side of Tucson, which accounted for the development and sale of close to 3,000 lots on nearly 1,000 acres of land.
