The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain opened its doors to guests on December 18th, 2009. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, developer David Mehl, and Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company’s Allan Federer and Hank Biddle spoke at the opening ceremony on a gorgeous Friday morning.
